2. Abilities<\/span><\/div>\n
The number of people mentioned per accommodation in our rates corresponds to the maximum authorized occupancy taking into account the equipment available. It cannot be exceeded for security and insurance reasons.<\/span><\/div>\n
If the number of customers exceeds this number, the owner has the option to refuse additional customers. This refusal can in no case be considered as a modification or termination of the contract on the initiative<\/span><\/div>\n
of the owner, so that in the event of the departure of a number of customers greater than those refused, the price corresponding to the cost of accommodation remains with the owner.<\/span><\/div>\n

3. Cancellation conditions<\/span><\/div>\n
60 days before 100% credit for a future stay, Between 60 and 15 days before 50% credit for a future stay. Less than 15 days later, the total amount of the reservation remains due.<\/span><\/div>\n

This place, which is considered a Residential Leisure Park, is not secure and by accepting this stay at Casa Rosalie you accept the conditions and risks linked to nature, the forest and the pond which are on the estate. Your vigilance at all times is important and if you come with your children they are your entire responsibility during your entire stay. By paying and accepting your stay you release the company UPPN Casa Rosalie and its management from all responsibilities.<\/span><\/div>\n

Our pet friends are allowed in our casas and on the property. Animals\/dogs of categories 1&2 are not allowed<\/span><\/div>\n

The customer must respect the peaceful nature of the premises and use them in accordance with their intended purpose. He undertakes to return the accommodation in good condition.<\/span><\/div>\n
